Guest privacy is a primary concern at Captiva Wexford. For this reason, all internal CCTV cameras are completely disabled for the entire duration of every guest stay. There is no internal camera monitoring or recording whatsoever while guests are in residence. Exterior CCTV remains active for security and insurance purposes; however, it is not monitored during guest stays. Exterior footage would only ever be referenced in the unlikely event of an accident, security incident or other matter requiring investigation. All exterior CCTV recordings from the guest stay are permanently deleted following guest check-out, unless footage is required in connection with a specific accident, incident, insurance matter or legal obligation. Our guests can relax and enjoy Captiva knowing that their privacy within the house is fully respected throughout their stay.
